We started by rupturing the mass of the low-density multifamily building, to create a new level 0 of topography and to serve as a platform for the development of loft villas in height.

In this way, with topographic and level management, we  bring all the advantages of amenities and shared space from the multifamily building, and the advantages of lighting, ventilation and open space of the single-family homes, all framed by a wonderful view of the canals of Aventura.
